The attic room featured a unique charm with its pitched wooden beam roof. Enjoying tea from the kettle added a nice touch.

The shower's position above the bath led to frequent flooding. Accessing the iron was quite inconvenient. It was locked away, and with no staff around during off-hours, it was difficult to get.

our stay was such great and we would like to come again. modern hotel, the idea of having family room was great. the staff was outstandingly accommodating, superbly friendly, and responded promptly to requests. it had central location close to broletto. there was free wi-fi throughout the property and the service in general was incredible.

A warm welcome in Como

The location was perfect, just steps away from the bustling piazza and the beautiful lakeside. Our host, Elena, was helpful. The daily room cleaning was an added bonus that kept the space inviting.

The shower's placement above the bath could use some redesign, as it often caused water to splash everywhere during use. Parking was a bit inconvenient, being a 300-meter walk from the hotel.

Family atmosphere within the hotel, very enthusiastic staff. New-fashioned and tastefully decorated rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and a fridge. Amazing service offered. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Simply nothing to complain about, SUCH GREAT stay.

The attic room provided a unique charm with its pitched wooden beam roof, offering a quiet and cozy escape. Just a short walk to the ferry and train, it’s ideally located. The on-site restaurant, Fontana, wowed us with excellent meals. Just be prepared for parking challenges in Como.
